Still looking for my original post (I guess I shouldn't post so much and then it wouldn't be so hard to find). But, as I posted before, Wang Dequn (Jinlai) invested in ZJMY separately from Shenzhen JinBo a couple of years ago. If you look at the following riskstorm link, you will note under shareholders that Wang Dequn is shown separate from Shenzhen JinBo Investment Holding Group.

I think that Professor Jianfang and Wang Jinlai actually studied together at one point and even did engineering work together. After Professor Jianfang developed the battery, motors, and drive electronics further, Wang Jinlai brought in Shenzhen Jinbo Investment to buy out 90% of the company and then to take them public to OTC through the reverse merger into DOLV.

Just my take on things - form your own opinions and trade on those - but I feel pretty darned good about things here.......
