In particular, BAuA is exploring the “potential” need and feasibility of training measures under EU Regulation REACH (EC - 1907/2006) Global: Not only in Germany Governmental Authorities but Globally Governmental Authorities are taking actions to restrict and manage (risk managing) the use of Isocyanates and or Di Isocyanates (respiratory sensitizers). But we have seen that the Governmental Authorities in other parts of the World implemented or preparing legislations with the same goal but differences from the EU approach.'
