Level2Me, Enzo challenged anyone in this e-mail he sent me to show proof of this nonsense this past May, and for 2 years hearing this garbage now I have seen no evidence. No one ever shows legal court documents of proof of anyone of these false claims/statements of either Peter or Enzo being Indicted on any criminal charges. All thats ever shown is chat rooms or no name blogs with no real tangible proof of any legal truth. They can't...!

I just wrote this email to another shareholder that made a similar inquiry:

There are a lot of xxxx, xxxxxxxxxxxx and xxxxxxx of the truth in this xxxx. As I have said before we have better things to do than defend ourselves against some xxxxx xxxxxx that obviously have an agenda to smash our stock price as low as possible for their own benefit. Note that neither Peter nor I have ever been indicted for any wrong doing, or anything for that matter, in our lives and I challenge anyone to prove this last statement of mine wrong.

The internet is a very powerful tool. It can be used for good and for bad as you know. Unfortunately, it is too easy to hide behind a xxxxxxxxx on a xxxxxx xxxxx or create a xxxxxxx and xxxx about anything that comes to mind, even if all that is said is untrue or the truth is very much twisted.

We are keeping our heads down and getting on with business which is what we are meant to be doing. We have a lot of good things cooking at the same time right now so I suggest that you keep track of all future PR and public disclosure.
