I talked to Bob...guy is legit...confirmed pretty much everything...with 2 exceptions...the 1.5 million financing..."he said please have them send it to the company ". The filings are for 2014.. So there is a bit more work to do after the 2014 are done...
I got what I thought I would get by calling...this guy is a straight shooter...and this is a real company...he pointed out some lessons learned and he explained that things will come but that again maybe not as fast as everyone would like because they are paying for this with their own money...
