orange, not sure what is going on at this point. I guess this is par for the course with these guys -- they filed the 10K really late, they filed the 1Q 10Q about a week late, they filed the amended 8K for the merger a few days later than they said they would, so why change things and actually file the registration statement when they promised they would?
Fortunately the 2 major owners of Benchmark, who own the bulk of the shares that would be registered via the registration statement, have not sued FTE yet for violating the terms of the merger agreement. Not sure how much longer those guys will continue to be patient with the FTE folks. Maybe they are waiting for the 2Q 10Q to come out first before filing the registration statement, and the Benchmark shareholders are onboard with that. That is due on 8/15 and it will be a pretty a involved filing since the merger took place in 2Q.
