"Forward-looking statements", whatever you want to call them. Keeping quiet when one could be issuing small releases constantly to keep interest and "Keep selling shares!" is quite telling.
It's not a share-selling scam, it's a startup having to keep quiet while on the verge of it's second attempt at the retail rollout.
