Yeah, just like Badge said. Almost seems like a sell-out to the Big Boys, which is another reason it was so hard to sell. They aren't selling and have way more vested than this little fish did.
Yeah, a legal suit might be a possibility, but I'd highly doubt anything would come from it. Who knows though.
