$GMER

Trust me I know what you mean......

This is what makes this situation different than what we are accustomed to with "OTC CEO's".

David Dorwart's successes are all tied to the private sector. Starting, building, scaling and selling them at a profit. He has never been an Officer or Director of a public company.

Originally, he became an investor in Good Gaming. No different than anyone else. However, since then, it looks as though he has decided to control his destiny (and investment) with Good Gaming by becoming the Chairman and CEO. It also looks like he added a couple of his executive management from ViaOne Services on to the Board of Directors.

Then the announcement that ViaOne is essentially handling all their internal controls and marketing.

With a small float and no convertible notes this has to be an exception to what we are accustomed to investing in regarding OTC stocks.

ViaOne specializes in helping start-ups become profitable. They are comprised of several separate entities that collectively generate tens of millions of dollars in business a year.

To me, it looks as though Good Gaming is in good hands with experts in business and that's always a good thing.
