Look I said I would ask a lot of questions and the two Pr's were identical back to back. Lots of talk and old news. Hell they even admitted they don't even own FF yet.
The Company is continuing with its strategic partnership with The Future Farms despite the fact that its planned acquisition of that company has been further delayed due to various reasons mostly attributable to the temporary absence of the Company's chief executive officer last year due to illness and various other issues attributable to unmet conditions specified in the acquisition agreement.
So no Hemplife which we already knew since Tony Skinner told us 3 months ago. No deal, now EFFI is claiming "ownership position" What does that mean? Not to mention its sale was never in the fins.
The Company, after significant review by management and outside legal counsel, has decided to divest itself of its ownership position in Hemplife Industries and the Company is presently in discussions to sell its ownership interest to a potential buyer.
I'm not trying to discredit this company I'm trying to understand whats going on and why. And this is an public forum and a opinion chatroom a place to learn. Jesus doesn't matter what I say on this board it not going to affect pps or did-credit this company . Lighten up.
