Capital Change=shs decreased by 1 for 1400 split. Pay date=06/27/2017.

There is a 20 Trading Day restriction and if my calculation is correct the "D" will be removed by tomorrow or Wednesday when the market will be open.

The "D" is apparently to alert investors that something significant or new has recently happened. In this case it was a huge R/S.

IHubs says HWALD closed at .45 whereas OTC says .35. Either way that means the stock has fallen to a pre-R/S price of .00025 - .00032.
