One unknown is whether it has any effect on psoriatic arthritis. No info whatsoever about this issue raised by IP as far as I know Obv apremilast has some activity in arthritis too. If they both have some similar mechanism as phosphodiesterase inhibitors perhaps so. Or is it IL-20/PRINS? Talked about but unclear- who knows, the company has never clarified the MOA
