Yes, once they click on it, it will follow them as well, but they have to click on it. You are assuming everyone who sees the ad is going to click on it AND be interested in it, that's not necessarily the case. Currently, I am in search of a Work Van. Last week I searched for "Work Vans for sale near me," now everything I do on line has Work Van advertising. It is now becoming an ANNOYANCE!
