Yea it's a real shame to help out those struggling with PTSD with a TREATMENT that can help alleviate the symptoms

TREATMENT? ALLEVIATE?

Is Scamtonio getting more cautious with his words? Previous pumps have used "heal" and "cure". The latest concerning PTSD is disturbing since it implies that his product will make you "free" from PTSD. Really??

My reply from the FDA concerning BluDog and it's PTSD Claims:

Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for writing the Division of Drug Information in the FDA's Center for Drug Evaluation and Research.

Please visit the FDA and Marijuana and FDA and Marijuana: Questions and Answers pages on the FDA website.

The FDA has not approved marijuana as a safe and effective drug for any indication. On the questions and answers page you can refer to question 13. Based on available evidence, FDA has concluded that cannabidiol products are excluded from the dietary supplement definition under section 201(ff)(3)(B)(ii) of the FD&C Act, additionally, a claim to treat PTSD is very likely to classify a product as a drug, not a dietary supplement.

You can report the products in your email using our online reporting form (https://www.fda.gov/Safety/ReportaProblem/ucm059315.htm) for the unlawful sale of medical products on the Internet to anonymously report a website you think is illegally selling human drugs, animal drugs, medical devices, biological products, foods, dietary supplements, or cosmetics.
