Go to congress to state they have a resource that produces 100+ tones of scandium. It isn't in production, but it is located in the USA, and will talk about the things scandium can do and things it can be used for.
Independent contractors will buy from us when they see that the government wants products that contain scandium in them and will come to NIOCORP to buy the scandium needed to make products requested by the government.
