Why not pay the toxic debt off instead of getting more of it. You were the one that stated there was no dilution until the O/S was updated with almost another Billion shares.

Its very hard to believe after the 10K that significant dilution will not continue.

The most recent notes bother me a bit but I agree with the caliber of CEO BVTK has. Also, just because they are owed 6.1 million doesn't mean they will get it. If the people that owe them are broke, BVtK will unlikely see that money back.

great post cjstocksup!!

BVTK has huge revenues coming in Tom is going to update the more current 10Q's and we will be current. Just the 1 single collection they are due now at 6.1 million form 1 company will pay off those minimal notes and leave plenty of cash on hand and we will be debt free. Since those notes can not be sold for at least 6 months I have no worries. The OS will not change. Tom is looking to reduce the OS going forward. Nothing but good news going forward. I was so happy with the first old filing from 2015 to 2016 when it hit on Friday. Most expected so much worse. The newer ones will be better. Also look for 2 new PR's to hit early this week they are ready to go! All of my BVTK shares are locked up at $5.00 with GTC sell orders. I will be here for the move to the big boards and I trust Tom to get us there. Those are his plans. BVTK is much bigger than most even have a clue about. Any shareholder who has talked with Tom in depth is very long BVTK. Also refer t his long most credible background history. I have never ever seen a penny stock CEO with that kind of a reputation and background history. Only big board CEO's look as impressive as Tom does.

Damn straight talk there my friend. That is the truth and it doesn't take a genius to see that we have a product that is needed. The value of this is going to compound and snowball going forward. You cant quantify a value for bvtk except way higher than what can be perceived. Anyone attempting to value this company to decide whether to sell or not at these levels do not have a clue
