I wish I bought at .02 because if you look at the chart this has been oscillating about .02 and .05 consistently.

This time could be different due to the volume, but who knows. I agree with you though. I wish I knew about this stock and had bought earlier.

"No dilution" implies that the float didn't increase. The float increased and is still increasing.
