A picture of an old tractor and some cut down trees is all we really saw and the subsequent filings showed nothing close to the claims.

DLCR~Warren called me a few months ago.Asked that the conversation be kept private and I honored my pledge.

I was left with the definite impression that he could care less--half ass at best. Anything worth doing is worth doing well is not in him in regards to _DLCR_,imo.

Also,many of the things he said were never twittered nor showed up in the 10-Qs'. He played me.

A tax write-off is a real possibility, but now I think its' a free money Convertible Note scam and perhaps worse,ie, hiding revenues and work-loads.
