Elon could front the $297 million, while taking a majority stake in the company, hell, practically own the whole operation(s).

The plan for Tesla, has been to bring as much product production as it could, in house, and become self sufficient on as many levels as possible...................THIS WOULD BE VERY HUGE for all PEMIF investors.

Come on Elon Musk / Tesla make it happen.
