SEC to retry first hung civil case. Last I heard.
So, Ron will be only concerned with himself and his legal problem.
I would not count on anything going on while another SEC case is ongoing.
It is almost like the SEC and FBI are in cahoots with a known short seller, like Marty Hicks......OH!!! Like FBI agent Quick...
