THE FDA DENIED this scam over 4 years ago--there is NO other application in front of the FDA except this BAN. These fraudsters were referred to COMPLIANCE due to them getting caught by the FDA in a previous Phony press release. The Fraudsters never went to COMPLIANCE--just hiding in the dark while still "promoting" this fraud thru the "internet". Marks Beware
