Scenario 1. 100mil in contracts x4 / 6.75bil os = .059 pps

Scenario 2. 200 mil in contracts x4 / 4.75bil os = .168 pps

Scenario 3. 1bil in contracts x4 / 2.75bil os = 1.45 pps

And those are with extremely conservative buyback amounts. They could easily reduce the OS to under 1bil with the first $100mil deal. Not to mention the x4 is conservative as well considering the soon to be patented technology and government contracts.
