Had noticed a week ago...aske that
new CEO name had been changed according
to recent info given in an update/PR.

OTCMarkets information is not "official", ASKE can enter any information they wish to on their profile page.

Fact is ASKE has not filed a single amendment to the SOS regarding the addition or departure of directors and/or officers. Just like they never filed an amendment to "lower" their Authorized shares.

Let's not forget that ASKE instructed its Transfer Agent to irrevocably set aside 1,844,000,000 common shares in favor of Michael Zoyes.
