Control was the variable that was historically the sticking point of partnership discussions in my opinion.

That has changed now.

Potentially exciting times for shareholders.

The more I think of it, I can't see any BP willing to work with the current guys, giving them money, if they keep control. The only chance they have is to partner some IP like exsomes where the partner gets control of development in return for up front payment

Come on man! If a BP likes PS Targeting, they would work anyone if they believed it would help them make money.
