So what is your definition of "favorable reviews"? If it's not perfect it should be shunned? SOFT LAUNCHES are meant to make a product better in the market place! VERY SIMPLE even a 5 year old knows what she/he likes and tells EVERYONE about it! ROTFLMAO!! :-D

I agree. I questioned that statement too when I read it. Absolutely nothing backing it up, and in fact all the obvious info would indicate the opposite.

I think a few well intended folks here misinterpreted you post as a bash on $OTTV. If I'm reading you correctly, you were questioning that specific article's claim that VIVA has negative reviews, which I agree is unfounded.

It's actually quite odd that the author wrote it at all given that as you found, the average rating was 4.9 out of 5.
One has to wonder what the agenda was behind that statement.
