No I did not say that the float isn't locked. I acknowledged that the entire float is owned by shareholders, just that it's different people owning shares at different times since there is a lot of flipping going on, which can be inferred from the volume and the individual trades.
I also said that some of the flipping volume is so high that it must have been done by people rich enough to have long positions. Most shares are held long, but all longs flip and most flipping is done by the longs.
True we could see a dollar again, but what good will that do for the longs if only the select few actually get to sell above a dollar? The important thing is that when this hits a dollar, it won't sustain because the longs will compete as to who can sell first. It will pull back. Such has been the history of TMPS.
PS, when TMPS volume gets above 3 mil for the day, every long position gets dumped. There's no other way for the volume to get that high.
