No, they cannot be buying back their own shares. That would be illegal unless a buyback was approved by the BOD and an 8K filed. You guys are grasping at straws and making impossible 'suggestions'. Why don't you just let BVTK do what it's going to do anyway and quit speculating on things you obviously know nothing about.
