I know you have seen many pennystock scams as well in your time on the face of the earth ..this one probably being right up there with one of the Top Scams of all time ...which leads me to believe without any doubt that Mike and Toby are still in the background pulling the strings...you can call it intuition but I prefer to call it common sense ... And until somebody can prove to me without a doubt that Toby and Mike and IR Guy no longer have anything to do with the company , which I doubt anybody can... I will speculate that they are still highly involved and dumping shares at an all-time record rate to once again Rob unsuspecting investors of their hard earned money...JKIR ( just keeping it real )

You obviously missed the point. If you believe at face value what a scam company puts out in a PR, it's a very sad thing.

If you think Toby and Mike are gone, you have no proof of that. Also, you have to ask yourself this question, why would a well-meaning, honest business man have anything to do with a stock/company/ticker that has defrauded investors for years? Why would they take it over, unless there's more to the story than meets the eye? Sorry, I don't buy it. If I was an honest businessman, I would not go near any ticker that has had such a bad history as this one. Why would I want to inherit/take over failure with a massive SS? It would make way more sense to start fresh, with a new public company, especially if your intended business plan has NOTHING TO DO WITH THE BUSINESS MODEL OF THE TICKER YOU'RE TAKING OVER.

Seems pretty obvious to me.

Wow.... You obviously missed the recent press release.

Toby McBride and Mike Holly are no longer Officers or Directors of this company. They no longer run this company or have anything to do with this company or its operations moving forward.

People who are shareholder's already have accepted the fact that Toby and Mike failed to deliver on their many promises, but are hopeful that there is actually a new light at the end of the tunnel.

People who are looking at this company for the first time could give a rats ass about the failures of old management. They are only concerned with the new direction the company is taking, the new management and their ability to do something productive with a stock that is as cheap as any new investor can possibly buy into.
