ASD sued CDEx for infringement of the ASD patent. CDEx has never sued anybody for any alleged infringement of anything owned by CDEx. The court filings show that. CDEx settled the case that ASD brought against CDEx. Pretty simple to figure out that CDEx caved - just a question of how much they have to pay ASD as milestones/royalties in the settlement agreement.
