Not exactly true -


The only thing that measures the value of a chart is how much volume there.

Being a RM or not has zero to do with how accurate a chart will be. That' just not correct respectfully.

Exactly. Chart goes out the window. Right now this is about RM anticipation and momo. Charts or no charts, this is regaining strength after a consolidation period.
