Unfortunately additional OM data was not yet ready for public consumption. It was another (will Uncle Leo ever learn?) case of the ceo over promising and under delivering. But the science will prevail, even over missteps.

Good theory but hopefully Leo would say to them,... show us an offer in 30 days or we'll announce the data to the world.

I believe your spot on:
"B-OM will be the 1st partnership announced.
There is a reason additional data was not presented by Innovation like they said they would. Time to gather the data was not a factor. IPIX had plenty of that. I believe the BP with the nda on OM did not want the data on 15 more patients announced to the world.
With Leo's intent to apply for BTD I believe BP is salivating over B-OM and a deal is near and before the completion of the trial."
