Okay so it looks that the dilution occurred at the 2 cent mark. I look at the rest of PGAS chart and I see that .02 looks like a support line the rest of the way.
I still have reservations as to the ability for this to reach .10 any time soon, since PGAS seems to bounce repeatedly in the interval [.02, .05].
Do you think that this dilution has anything to do with .02 being support?
