No he hasn't had CHIF for 22 years and yes it currently does t have any assets but that has nothing to do with NSAV outside Naomi which hell who knows the status of that. I mean was it sold or wasn't it well we know there was an auction but I'm thinking the bank didn't accept the low ball offer but who knows because apparently it's a secret.
