Folks in fear usually don't buy. I don't fear what the rest of the market does not get about NGL. I was surprised 1 1/2 years ago when it did not go down when they cut the D from .64 to .39. and I am surprised now that even on a Friday with lots of bears around the market, it did not go up on announcing a steady payout that back then took us to 24 bucks! They continue to sell off a 12% yielding payday one month away and the likelihood the appreciation will be more than that as they get their act together.
Ok by me if they want to give me their $12s Monday. I will be around with lots of units when they do see fit to raise the payout. First though it needs to be Underpromise and Overdeliver!.
