Because a section of the 10K called "Susequent Events" covers VERY RECENT activity including over $500K of brand new convertible debt taken on by the company for its cash needs just LAST MONTH.

So much for cashflow...and billionaire investors.

I am with you. I am no rookie when it comes to otc stocks. I've been in winners and losers. I feel good about this one for many of the reasons you state. I can always tell when a company is a backroom share press and those trying to grow. Debt happens with otc stocks, the key is what they are doing to grow vs just talk.

Funny thing, if this were viewed as a phony share press op, this would drop back to trips. With the amount of shares out there it should have happened. It hasn't.

I do not understand the vehement postings stemming from the financial results that are 16 months old . One hell of a lot has changed in the past 16 months with this company . I've been in the stock for almost 3 years now through the infamous pump and dump and the 10 to 1 and the 2500 - 1 reverse split and I lost quite a bit during these periods. I've gained all of that lost back in recent months plus now a considerable profit as I keep buying. I expect that subsequent filings will show continued Improvement and I will continue to have faith and to hold. For those of you who questioned the validity of this company I ask you to look at all of the developments during these past 16 months. They are very promising and I am not an inexperienced or naive investor.
