So why did he need toxic financing with 40% discount terms? Because NOBODY else would give him money. He had no problem letting many believe he was paying off the old convertible debt with the money from his "billionaire investors".

He wasn't. He was letting the notes convert at HUGE discounts and taking out MORE convertible debt just weeks ago.

That is the reality....no rearrangement required.
