No merger, just a claimed "direction change" like so many other scammy OTC share selling scams. The PR clearly shows a lot of smoke and mirrors. TBEV IS BROKE. How does Toby afford this claimed multi-millionaire? How does Toby afford to buy any other company? Who would offer that POS money after seeing how he managed TBEV to begin with.

The whole story stinks of BS!
