I think, but could be wrong, that we didn't find out any information about the sale until some time after it actually took place. So even if actions are taken, would we know anything until told?

They have to physically file dissolution papers with each state. Most likely Illinois and Delaware for rVue Inc.

My assumption is that RVUE Holdings, Inc. will remain active with the state of Nevada.
