BRTE was up 50% yesterday at 0.0015 x 0.0020 now! The current bidding/asking price (0.0015/0.0020) is at 92.5%/90% Huge Discount comparing to its recent high 0.0200 (see the first chart below)!

The most recent high was 0.0048 v.s. the most recent low was 0.0006. BRTE ever soared 200-Bagger from its All-Time-Low 0.0001 at the end of 2014 and it should happen again due to the Same FIXED Small SS and Very Tiny float available for trading (less than 4M shares)!

The 200-Day MAL is 0.0005 and the 20/50-Day MAL is 0.0011/0.0010.

From the link below BRTE has 224,112,802 (not 146,467,837) shares OS of which only 10.4M shares are floating and the AS is 245M shares. The current Market Value of BRTE is $336,169 v.s. its OTCNI-Tier Non-Reporting peer (AFTC) has $177,670 MV now.

The CEO and President owns 45.79% of OS or 102,621,252 shares (see the first link below) of which total 65,000,000 shares acquired at $0.01 a share (see the second link below)! Thus any shares below $0.01 are discount, especially against the Record high $0.021 (which was created on 07/07/2010)!

BRTE is up 20% (the bid, not the price) now! No any sale at 0.0018 for a couple of days! It seems that 10,000 shares of 0.0020 will soon be taken out...

Without any bad news at all BRTE has crashed over 55% from the most recent high 0.0018 to 0.0008 now! I'm wondering why? Now the current Market Value is only $179K which is almost equal to its peer's MV (AFTC: $177K at $0.0003) v.s. BRTE has $1.08M MV at its recent high $0.0048! Anyway BRTE has meager 10.4M shares FIXED Hyper Tiny float!
