UMS has a BK plan that has nothing to do with TALK shares.

If shares were to be affected, the plan would detail it.

I understand being cautious with every security, but at the present moment we have no worry with regards to shares. The merger/aquisition was never fully completed in the first place.

Let's wait until after Aug 3rd for speculation such as this.

To your point, UMS is in BK but not Talk and their shares will become Foxx post BK. In the court docs.
