Actually I believe that wording is OK ,
" Two or Higher with limited treatment options "
And if there is resistance or side effects , there is limited treatment option.

I also remember Dr P commenting very positively this event about 1 year ago during one of CC.

It is a lot of flexibility here , IMO.
