Maybe they don't want it to cross .40 on the 30 min chart... The 50MA is crossing the 200MA at .3953, and the mid BB is at .3959, (on the 30 min chart)

I tried to get 11k for .40 for 1/2 hour and finally filled at .3938

I'll take it and LOCK them up!
