I don't think a tweet would do anything. Who will see it? Hundreds of millions of investors in the world and maybe a few thousand see the tweets regularly if we can believe their followers number. PR's are the way to get your company in front of new investors. Enough of this tweet nonsense. Major milestones and contracts need to be PR'd. Be best if they hired an investment relations firm to guide them here. Scientists only have so much experience running public companies.
