Once more... you don't even understand the basics. You can argue about things you know nothing about or you can verify the truth for yourself.

There are currently 23 OTC stocks on the Reg SHO Threshold List. Most are OTC Pink and only 2 are OTC QB like SENY:

This I completely different from the regular short interest report:

I never said shorting does not take place. I said there is no SIGNIFICANT shorting of SENY stock. This is proven by the combination of the regular short interest report and the fact SENY does not appear on the Reg SHO Threshold List.

You also do not know that there is, indeed, a DAILY short report. Once more, it merely will tell one how the day's transactions were flagged and does not purport to give any insight into cumulative short interest. Here are the daily Reg SHO files:
