LOL, the Dates should be verified and also the creator of the "STOP" sign and the rules controlling it.

Filing a NT 10 is not violation of the SEC filings as the SEC provides 5 days extension on a 10Q and 15 days on a 10K.

Once the Nt-10 is filed a yield sign is slapped and then stop sign after 5 days.

Please provide the dates MMEG has violated in the last 6 months with the last three NT 10's they filed.

And as I mentioned, the rule 144 does nothing related to the last claims. The only thing provided here was more time discussing valid rules.
