QBID could just as easily evaporate in a methanous stench, driven by a prevailing Santa Ana traveling downwind from the QBID HQ.
It is extremely important that the Officers at QBID - who can be legally held jointly and separately accountable for SEC violations - are very aware that the slightest action showing disregard for the shareholders lights the fuse for a thoroughly prepared SEC TIME BOMB.
The recent rash of TACTICAL INSIDER R/S LEAKS need to be documented to the SEC by Registered Mail by every shareholder who desn't want to lose their investment and associated time.
