Sad really, Google might be a good place to start in understanding how public companies run. PAOG is NOT NWAV nor tied to any prior management. Basically, it is like buying a commercial building and putting your new store into it. You may have to work on image for the location, which PAO management has done here, but prior has no basis on the future endeavor. Ever hear the one about the guy beating a dead horse??????
