#67820 RE: the third leg #67816

We'll see if/when Alper reports Q2...

If Q2 doesn't show any significant benefit then it's unlikely to accomplish much going forward IMO.

Q2 report encompasses April 1 thru June 30th. BLDV made its' 18 day epic run beginning April 20 and peaked at .0057 on May 8th. It began Q2 at .0003 and ended at .002. That represented a Q2 run of +567% ...but ONLY for those long suffering bagholders who saw their 6 year old, deep trips shares suddenly come alive --AND-- had the great luck to sell on May 8th at .0057 (which was no one). That was NEVER the case for the majority of others who bought at much higher prices beginning on 4/20/17 and ever since (.0014 being the lowest intra-day price)on 7/17).

BLDV opened Q2 at .0003 and closed on 4/19 at .0004 on anemic volume of 3,358,600. Volume for that time period averaged 10-20m daily. The only exception being 4/12 when volume suddenly jumped to 198,134,592. That day the PPS opened at .0003 and closed at .0005 (a 67% gain on the day) based on NO NEWS. IMO that appears to indicate someone with inside info illegally loading 8 days before Alper dropped his AMS PR on 4/20 which started the run.

4/20/17-- The stock opened that day at .0004 and closed at .0016 (a 300% jump for the day) on volume of 1,284,790,656 (1.28 BILLION shares).

4/21/17-- BLDV opened .0018 and closed at .0027 (a 50% gain for the day) on the 3nd highest volume of 800M.

4/24/17-- The next trading day opened at .0028 and closed at .002 (a loss of 29% on the day) on 3rd highest volume of 501M.

IMO, no one bought at .0004 and sold at .0057. Virtually all bought higher than .0004 and sold lower than .0057.
