Makes sense, but not sure they would have to reverse merge if they wanted the ticker, I suppose they could just buyout TALK shares at agreed upon rate with Levy and the board, I would have to think it would be pennies or much less. Then TMUS could change to ticker TALK.

UMS would go public through some other process or another reverse merger.

I am hoping there is more to it than this, still never complain about cash in hand.
