#9812 RE: drugmanrx #9810

Drugmanrx,

Point by point:

1) "There is an old American saying "Where the Beef" .

A commercial for your Wendy's Hamburgers chain does not make that an old "American Saying".

2) "Where are the dollars being generated from a Medtronic/NNLX relationship?"

Most likely used for operations.

3) "Until significant revenues are produced from this partnership the relationship as far as the shareholder is concern means nothing."

What amount would be significant? 50000 Euros was mentioned. would it take a million for you to consider it to be significant? I've found no mention of a partnership in anything NanoLogix has mentioned in referencing doing N-Assay customisation for an uber-large client.

4) "By the way I have a buddy of mine that cleans office buildings for a living. One of his customers is GE. Does that make him a working partner with a fortune 500 company."

That's a disingenuous comparison that has nothing to do with the importance of customising a rapid bacteria detection and identification assay.

5) "We know the CEO has no immediate plans to sell the core technology to Medtronic as he is planning an expansion of his own business."

We know nothing of the sort. Additionally, while there are statements regarding expansion for NanoLogix, NanoLogix is not "his own business".

6) "We know Medtronics is not bringing significant revenue to NNLX because the CEO can not raise the funds to expand."

What part of the definition of net revenue have you missed? What if the N-Assay product margin is 20%? What if the FlatPack margins are 10-15%? If the expansion plans end up being $2 million how much in the way of gross sales are necessary to finance that expansion? Even $2 million from Medtronic would not be sufficient.

7} "We know that at this point Medtronics doesn't fully have confident in NNLX technology because Medtronic is restricting NNLX from using it's name in PR's."

Apparently you have not considered reasons for confidentiality agreements. I've heard that many companies NEVER allow mention of their names in press releases.

8) "The stock price is falling because the CEO is unable to deliver any beef."

That's a reach. I heard he was a vegan.
