If management has positive news, smarts and the ability to time the release I would send the PR right before the closing bell or after hours, so traders can digest the news and power the share price into the next week.
This next step is key to determine if this is just a one day wonder or there is something behind the scenes. IMO updating the otc is an important first step to bring some confidence back to this stock. Hopefully by next week we see some updates.
